This Prosper TX Engagement Photographer session was one of my all time favorites! When Jill suggested shooting at what was then known as TCF Bank Stadium, I was ALL about it! Fun fact? This stadium was finished after my time as a University of Minnesota student was over so it was so fun to be back on campus and check this place out as a VIP right down on the field.

Another fun fact about me? I hold two degrees from this place. A bachelor of science in child psychology and a master’s of education in early childhood education AND early childhood special education. So while my days of teaching have long since passed (I picked up the camera after my first baby was born, and took photography on as a full blown career after my second was born!) my college education certainly helps me understand the best way to interact with your kiddos and get them to have FUN at their session with me!

Jill’s dress came from one of my favorite places to suggest dresses from for photo shoots: Baltic Born. Many of their dresses come in a multitude of colors so they are definitely worth checking out for your next session!

We had so much fun around the field and in the stands. To top it off we had the most beautiful summer night and gorgeous light. I love shooting in unique venues like this, so if you have a crazy idea, let’s do it!
